We have no prerequisites other than the desire to improve yourself, motivate others, and be a part of a welcoming community.

We love running with pups! Dogs are welcome, as long as they are well-socialized, well-behaved, and don't hinder any other runners.

Currently, there is no membership fee or cost to run with the club. However, donations are humbly accepted and will go towards complimentary coffee, snack bars, and fruit.

We have no scheduled races yet, but we plan to participate in a handful of charitable 5K races throughout the year.
