Margaret “Maggie” Klausch brings genuine passion and local expertise to the Broward and Palm Beach, Florida, county markets. She moved to South Florida from Toronto, Canada, in 1997. Shortly after, her parents began investing and flipping homes, and Maggie helped whenever she could. This experience gave her a unique level of real estate insight and knowledge at a very young age.

As an adult, Maggie worked as an assistant to a top-producing agent before honing her customer service skills, attention to detail, and grace under pressure in restaurant management. However, Maggie’s love of real estate drew her back to her dream career. She earned her license in 2014 and quickly distinguished herself as a top producer.

An assertive, effective, yet compassionate agent, Maggie understands that every client has unique needs, and she eases their stressors with respect and industry knowledge. Maggie also is a tireless negotiator and advocate. She offers a strong work ethic, impeccable integrity, and a high-level commitment to all her buyers and sellers.
