"Where do I even begin…let’s just say that we were very lucky and grateful that we had Alvaro as our agent to find us a dream house. When we initially requested a tour in one of the listings on Zillow, we got matched up with Alvaro by Zillow. We didn’t end up submitting an offer for that very first house, but in talking to Alvaro, we knew that we wanted to continue working with him. He was very helpful, sincere and explained things in detail. He was very patient with us first time buyers and never rushed us. Through his help, we found a house that we fell in love with and fits within our budget. Alvaro informed us that it is a very popular property and will be a multiple offer situation. He gave us a detailed strategy and told us exactly what we should do and why. Although we don’t know the full extent, we know for fact that he was doing a lot of work for us behind the scenes, negotiating and putting in good words to the seller’s agent. We knew it was going to be a very long shot, but thanks to Alvaro’s effort, we were chosen and went under contract. From there on, he continued to patiently guide us through every step of the contingency process and ultimately closing. He recommended us to the lender and insurance company he closely works with and I took his advice. I am very glad I did because they were all helpful and made the entire process very smooth. While the number of steps involved and the amount of information involved in closing home were overwhelming to us first timers, Alvaro helped us manage everything and cross the finish line successfully. Because of him, we can now call ourselves a proud owner of our dream house. However, his help didn’t stop there. Because we lived far away from the new house, we couldn’t move in right away which meant that the house would stay empty for a while. He volunteered to swing by the house occasionally to make sure that everything is in good order until we move in. Even though his obligation as an agent really ended at closing, he really wanted to make sure that nothing bad happens and that we will move in successfully. This truly shows that he really cares about his clients, as if he is buying his own house or helping his family. We are very thankful that we met him, and I would highly recommend Alvaro for anyone looking to buy/sell/rent."
